Adult Martial Arts

Most of our adults join to shed a few pounds, learn self-defense and/or fulfill a childhood desire to learn martial arts. Many of our adults stay long term though because they realize many other positive benefits. They refresh their youthful energy, find camaraderie, better focus and a new confidence. Plus it’s a ton of FUN. We also have a large number of families that love the fact that they can all do something together.  


The hardest part of martial arts is getting over the fear of stepping on the mat for the first time. Be assured that will make you feel at ease on the very first visit and will move at a comfortable pace. We offer two free private sessions so you can see for yourself. Come meet us at the MAT!


In addition to our regular martial arts classes we offer two drop-in classes. If you are a member these classes are free of charge.

Fitness Class

Join us for an hour of addictive fitness on Tuesdays at 7:15 PM. 

Self-Defense Class

Learn the nuts and bolts of necessary skills to defend yourself against a real threat. If you’re not careful you may get a workout as well. This class takes place Saturday morning at 9:00 AM.
